The article focuses on the contribution that the circularity, through both command and control and market-based instruments (with specific reference to the green public procurement and the biodiversity credits), could offer in terms of biodiversity conservation and restoration, also exploring the reverse relationship that refers to the importance that the bioeconomy, which relies on a broad biological diversity, could have for the development of circular models.
