This paper aims to propose a reading of the Constitution as an intelligent system, capable of “thinking” as well as “living”. It begins by exploring the meaning of the Constitutional mind and then hypothesizes possible ways to realize constitutional intelligence, also in relation to the issues surrounding the spread of artificial intelligence.
